In 1862, after 10 years of pioneering charcoal filtration and purposeful ageing to perfect his rums, Don Facundo Bacardí Massó introduced the world to his BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum, setting the standard for flavour and balance.
Bacardi’s two largest production facilities are set up in Mexico and Puerto Rico. Mexico is the first country Bacardi rum is produced in outside of Cuba. The largest premium rum distillery in the world is the Bacardi facility in Catano, Puerto Rico.
Floral and fruity, BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum serves up orange blossom, lavender and rose, teamed with apricot, lime, light coconut and ripe banana - a sublime rum for cocktails that doesn't dominate other flavours or disappear when mixed. Perfect for classic rum cocktails like the Mojito.
